    With dog fouling in public spaces continuing to be an issue across the High Peak, the Borough Council is considering renewing a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) and is now inviting residents, businesses and stakeholders to share their views. Dog fouling can spoil the enjoyment and appearance of public places including footpaths, parks, recreational areas
